PC Tool provides free and premium online tools for image processing, PDF manipulation, document generation, ID card photo resizing, and event card creation. Our tools process files directly in your browser — files are not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly stated.
Some features require signing in with a Google account. By signing in, you provide us access to your name, email address, and profile picture. You may also be required to provide a mobile number to access premium tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
PC Tool uses a coin-based system for premium tools. Coins can be purchased through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay. Coin prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Once purchased, coins are added to your account immediately and can be used to access premium tools. Each premium tool displays its coin cost before use.
New users receive a 0-day free trial with access to all premium tools. After the trial period, premium tools require coins to use.
Users can earn bonus coins by referring others to the platform. Referral rewards are credited when the referred user creates an account. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to process illegal or harmful content, to attempt to reverse-engineer our tools, to resell or redistribute our services without permission, or to abuse the free trial or referral system through fraudulent accounts.
All content, design, code, and branding on PC Tool are the intellectual property of the platform owners. You retain full ownership of any files you process using our tools.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of our tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
